Ultrasound-guided shoulder injection
Note:
Chronic shoulder pain, subacromial bursitis, subacromial impingement,
rotator cuff tendinopathy, calcific tendinopathy.
Warning: This examination is only performed with a medical prescription.
Ultrasound-guided injection of the knee
Note:
A knee infiltration involves injecting corticosteroid -based anti-inflammatory drugs into the joint.
The action is primarily anti-inflammatory and helps to overcome pain.
The product can also be injected in contact with painful menisci or tendon insertions.
In cases of osteoarthritis, a viscosupplementation injection will be recommended, to be repeated 3 to 5 times according to the prescription.
Warning: This examination is only performed with a medical prescription.
Infiltration of a joint
Note:
Osteoarthritis (or inflammatory arthritis), insertion tendinopathies (elbow, Achilles tendon), infiltration of cortisone derivatives or viscosupplementation (knee, ankle, wrist), aspiration of synovial cysts, infiltration of bursitis (knee, wrist, shoulder...).
Warning: This examination is only performed with a medical prescription.
THYROID CYTOLOGIC PUNCTURE
Note:
Thyroid fine-needle aspiration is a minimally invasive procedure, generally well tolerated by the patient. Its purpose is to collect cells for subsequent analysis.
Warning: This examination is only performed with a medical prescription.
PRP ( Platelet-Rich Plasma) Infiltration
Note:
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is a natural and innovative treatment that harnesses the healing and regenerative properties of your own blood.
This medical therapy is particularly indicated for treating painful osteoarticular pathologies and repairing soft tissue damage.
Mild to moderate osteoarthritis, particularly in the knee, is a major indication for relieving inflammation and restoring mobility.
Chronic or refractory tendinopathies (tendon fissures, epicondylitis, aponeurosis) also respond very favorably to this approach.
The treatment also significantly accelerateshealing in cases of muscle injuries, ligament tears or persistent sprains.
In practice, the process begins with a simple blood test, immediately followed by centrifugation to isolate and concentrate your platelets.
The PRP infiltration is then carried out with millimeter precision, under strict ultrasound control, in order to target the injured area exactly.
Since it is an autologous product (derived from your own body), this procedure is very safe, with an almost zero risk of rejection or allergy.
The therapeutic effect is progressive: the growth factors released by the platelets naturally repair the tissues over the weeks.
A preliminary analysis of your medical imaging will allow us to confirm in a personalized way whether this treatment is the most suitable solution.

BREAST BIOPSY PUNCTURE
Note:
An ultrasound-guided breast biopsy is a biopsy performed under ultrasound guidance to precisely guide the needle to the detected abnormality.
The examination is performed on an outpatient basis, in the office, and involves a prior interview with the radiologist.
It is performed in 20 minutes after a small local anesthetic. This puncture is usually painless.
The patient can resume her activities after the examination.
Please note: This examination is only performed after a prior appointment for consultation and review of your file
